The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 10, Cincinnati OH 45219, intends to negotiate a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price Contract for Fujifilm Sonosite Software Agreement to Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation. 81 Hartwell Avenue, Lexington, MA 02421 in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.2. This acquisition is for the Louis Stokes Cleveland VAMC, 10701 East Blvd, Cleveland OH 44106.
