Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Theater Support Center (TSC), hereby issues Amendment 0004 against Solicitation W51EW7-26-R-A002 for the National Capital Region (NCR) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC), in support of U.S. Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM) Installation Directorate - Sustainment (ID-Sustainment). 2.
