Description
1.Background/Introduction: This contract is for Multifunctional Devices (MFDs) thatmeet the minimum salient characteristics listed in the attached document to include colorprinting, copy/scan functionality, CAC Smartcard enabled, and standard finishingcapability. Each MFD will include a Full-Service Maintenance Agreement for service andsupplies to include print, toner, developer, dry ink, cleaning rollers, fillers, staples, and HDremoval. The Army (Receiving Unit) will maintain ownership of the hard drive(s) at the endof the final POP and/or when the device is replaced. The Contractor must provide non-personal services to furnish all labor, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, testingand supervision in order to provide an operating lease to the US Army Garisson of FortBliss, Texas. The locations as to where the MFDs will be placed are identified as attachedand will be confirmed in the Delivery Order (DO) made against the awardee IndefiniteDelivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Contract. The MFDs must remain in inventory for theduration of the awarded delivery orders unless otherwise replaced by a new device of equalor better capabilities at no additional cost to the Government. 2.Scope of Work: The contractor must provide non-personnel services forMultifunction Devices, including a Full-Service Maintenance Agreement that covers allservice and supplies such as print consumables, toner, developer, dry ink, cleaning rollers,filters, staples, and hard-drive removal. 3.Material: Devices - Volume Band I Color - 24 Devices - Volume Band II Color - 57 Devices - Volume Band III Black and White - 54 Devices Total Devices - 135 Devices 4. Submital - Required Submittals: - Official Quote (Must match SF 1449) - SF 1449 filled out with accurate pricing - Delivery plan/schedule to meet the POP date 5. POCs - submit RFIs NLT 24 APR 26 0800 MST to matthew.l.altenberg.mil@army.mil.
