he U.S. Department of State is soliciting quotations under RFQ No. 19SF2026Q0008 for Elevator Preventative Maintenance Services at the U.S. Consulate General Cape Town, South Africa . The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract consisting of a one-year base period plus four (4) one-year option periods , using a Lowest-Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation method.
