**THIS IS A COMBINED SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE AND NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE** The purpose of this sources sought notice is to conduct market research and identify potential sources of commercial products/services that satisfy the Government's anticipated needs. If no alternate sources are identified, the Government intends to issue a Sole Source Award to Measurements International Inc, 343 Clearmont Ave, Lake Mary, FL, 32746-3629, US, using Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 12.201-1 procedures under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334516, Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing. See attached draft Requirements Document for full details of the required DCC bridge, high resistance bridge, and scanners. NIST is seeking information from sources that may be capable of providing a solution that will achieve the SOW Section II stated scope as well as meet all the Section III minimum required technical specifications. NIST conducted market research from July 2025 through February 2026 by performing internet searches, reviewing product literature and professional journals, and speaking with vendors to determine what sources could meet NIST's minimum requirements. The results of that market research revealed that only Measurements International Inc (UEI: J84CZTCCLLB5) appears to be capable of meeting NIST's requirements HOW TO RESPOND TO THIS NOTICE In responding to this notice, please DO NOT PROVIDE PROPRIETARY INFORMATION.
