U.S. GOVERNMENT Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Michigan City: Gaylord Delineated Area: North: North from M32 on Hayes Road, then West on Fairview Road, then North on Old 27 N., then West on Parmeter Road, then South on Pyke School Road, then West on Allis Road, then South North Townline Road to M 32, then West on M32. South: Millbocker/McCoy Roads to Dickerson Road to North Otsego Lake Drive, to Old US-27 South to Charles Brink North Lake Drive East: North from M32 on Hayes Road, then West on Fairview Road, then East on Krys Road West: North Townline Road to South Townline Road Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,506 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,681 Maximum Sq. Ft. (RSF) 4,207 Space Type: Office and Related Space Reserved Parking Spaces (GOV) (Total): Ten (10) Reserved for GOV Reserved Customer Parking: Fifteen (15) Reserved Non-Reserved Parking Spacing (Total): Fifteen (15) non reserved for employees at no additional cost to the Government located on site or at least ¼ of a mile. Full Term: Up to 20 years Firm Term: Up to 10 years firm Termination Rights: 120 days in whole or in part Additional Requirements: Parking lot must be able to accommodate pull through parking for trucks and trailers and or farm equipment. Space offered, location, and it's surrounding areas must be compatible with the Governments Intended use. Space must be contiguous, on one floor. If space is above ground level, at least one accessible elevator is required. Offered space should not be located near establishments whose primary operation is the sale of alcoholic beverages, firearms sold/discharged, or where there are tenants related to drug treatment or detention facilities. Space will not be considered where any living quarters are located within the building. Subleases are not acceptable Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 [1-percent-annual chance (formally 100-year) Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ).
