Description

This amendment is issued to revise the call sheet by deleting Line 22, "30-40 Passenger Bus w or w/o Latrine (PWS PARA 5.2.11)," as it is a duplicate requirement. The updated requirements are reflected in Attachment B08 PF26 BLS Call Sheet Mod. Note to Offerors: Acknowledgment of this amendment is required upon submission or resubmission of your quote. ****See new attachement for answers to questions**** Note: Locations for tents, latrines, handwashing stations will be given closer to excersise, which is June 22, 2026. Please see Request for Quote (RFQ) on attachment. Questions shall be submitted no later than 1:00 p.m. Hawaii Standard Time on 01 May 2026. Quotes shall be submitted no later than 1:00 p.m. Hawaii Standard Time 15 May 2026. Questions received after the suspense may not be answered.
