This notice is for a BPA Call Order to be issued against an ex­isting Land Managementlntegrated Resources (LMIR) BlanketPurchase Agreement (BPA). To respond to this solici­tation, contractors must have an existing LMIR BPA that in­cludes Heritage Survey Services for the Medicine Bow-Routt National Forests and Thunder Basin National Grassland. Please see the attached BPA Call Order Form, Price Quote-Schedule of Items, submittal instructions, statement of work, map, and experience questionnaire. This solicitation has been amendmended to include a revised SOW with safety information, pre-CERCLA, and a location map. The deadline has been extended to 5pm MST May 22, 2026.
