Description

The Federal Emergency Management Agency, Region 10, Presidentially Declared Disaster 4893-AK is seeking qualified vendors to provide written translation services and desktop publishing from English to Central Alaskan Yup'ik, as described in the attached Performance Work Statement. This opportunity is set-aside for vendors who primarily reside in the affected areas of DR-4893-AK, Typhoon Halong. Affected locations are listed in the request for quotation. If no qualified and responsible vendors within the declared disaster area respond to this RFQ, all qualifed and responsible vendors will be considered. All vendors must be registered for "All Awards" in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) and their registration must be Active. Questions shall be emailed to sandra.shanks@fema.dhs.gov no later than 2:00 p.m. PDT, April 27, 2026. Quotations shall be emailed to sandra.shanks@fema.dhs.gov no later than 2:00 p.m. PDT, April 28, 2026.
