UPDATE 5/14/2026 Below are changes made regarding the statement of work and the date offers are due: The Contractor shall provide cleaning services and waste tank emptying three (3) times per week (Monday/Wednesday/Friday preferred) to prevent overflowing of waste holding tank and/or preventing the unit from being placed out of service due to full waste tanks. Also, offers are now due no late than Monday, May 18 2026 at 5:00PM EST. Please see the newly attached amendment and statement of work. UPDATE 4/29/2026 Below are common questions which have been received regarding this requirement, along with corresponding answers: Q. The SOW states the contractor shall provide cleaning and waste emptying "as needed" for 100 people. Can the Government provide a minimum required frequency for cleaning and pumping (e.g., three times per week, daily)? A. This would depend on size of waste tank on the unit. Vendor experience should determine frequency of service and be included with their bid. The unit should remain usable during the entire POP. Q. Does the contractor's responsibility for "maintenance and upkeep" include the provision of all consumables (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and hand sanitizer) for the duration of the rental? A. Yes, consumable included with the rental Q. Power Distance: What is the approximate distance from the trailer's intended placement to the 110v AC electrical outlet? (This determines the length of the contractor-provided extension cord required). A. Electrical hookup (110v) will be maximum of 100 ft from trailer. Q. Water Connection: What is the distance from the trailer to the 1 ½ inch freshwater connection? A. Water hookup will be maximum of 100 ft from trailer. Q. The current SOW specifies an "all-weather full enclosure" and requires electrical connectivity, but does not explicitly state a requirement for Air Conditioning (AC) or climate control. Does the Government require the trailer to be equipped with active Climate Control/Air Conditioning to meet the "all-weather" and "24-hour use" requirements? A. Yes. Q. Will water be provided by the government? A. Yes, a water connection (1.5 inch firehose connection) is available. Vendor bring hoses/adapters and connect. Q. Is there a dumping facility we can use on site? A. No. Q. How often do you expect cleaning and restocking to be needed? A. Expected usage is 100 people 24/7.
