AMENDMENT 2: 1. Purpose of Amendment The purpose of this amendment is to: a. Reopen the submission period to allow new A‑E firms to submit qualification packages; and b. Request that all firms who previously submitted under this announcement provide updated materials, including revised SF 330s and any updates applicable to the published evaluation factors. 2. Updated Submission Requirements The Government is now accepting: New SF 330 submittals from firms that did not previously respond to the original notice; and Updated SF 330 submittals from firms that previously responded. Updated packages should clearly identify any changes to: • Professional qualifications • Specialized experience and technical competence • Capacity • Past performance • Geographic presence and knowledge • Additional data required under Factor 6 Updates should reflect the firm's most current capabilities, personnel, licenses, PLSS experience, past performance, and any changes affecting evaluation factors established under FAR 36.602‑1. All submittals must continue to comply with the formatting and page‑limit requirements stated in the original notice. 3. Revised Submission Deadline Revised SF 330 packages (new or updated) must be submitted electronically no later than: JUNE 2, 2026 @ 1630 (Mountain Time) Submittals shall be emailed to: Tanya Spanfellner, Contract Officer Email: tanya.spanfellner@usda.gov 4. All Other Terms and Conditions Remain Unchanged Except as specifically stated in this amendment, all information, evaluation criteria, and submission instructions in the original Special Notice remain unchanged and in full effect. AMENDMENT: “As a result of this announcement, the Forest Service (Region 2) intends to award up to five (5) or more Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts that will be for five (5) years from the date of award to include Options to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. Firms can apply for individual contracting Zones 1 through 5 or multiple contracting zones. Please indicate on your bid which zones you are apply for.
