Solicitation number FA860126Q0055 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for NMUSAF Aircraft Conservation & Restoration Services on two (2) static aircrafts, EC-135E (S/N 60-374) and KC-10A (S/N 84-0191), residing on the grounds of the National Museum of the United States Air Force (NMUSAF) located at Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside for small business concerns under NAICS code 712110 (Museums) with a small business size standard of $34M. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The Government reserves the right to conduct interchanges with some, none, or all offerors, or make no award at all depending upon: 1) the quality of quotations received, and 2) whether proposed prices are determined to be fair and reasonable. The Government also reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. 1. Requirement: NMUSAF Aircraft Conservation & Restoration Services The requirement is for static aircraft renovation, restoration, and repainting services to be performed on two (2) separate aircraft in two (2) separate projects at Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio.
