This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR SUBPART 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation 1333MK26Q0066 constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) which Incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01. If delivered in drums, then empty drums will need to be picked up from the vessel after they pump into the holding tanks. The solicitation is being issued as a total small business set-aside.
