Description

The purpose of this amendment is to address the offerors pre-proposal questions, revise the statement of work, and to extend the closing date and time for receipt of offers, through 07 May 2026, at 2:00 PM, San Diego local time. The subject solicitation is amended as follows: RFP Section I, incorporate FAR 52.222-90, Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors (APR 2026)(DEVIATION APR 2026), by reference. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
