Sources Sought Notice Number: IHS-SS-26-1522491 This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation, an obligation or commitment by the Indian Health Service. This notice is intended strictly for market research to determine the availability of Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) businesses. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible. BACKGROUND The Indian Health Service (IHS) plans to procure dental supplies specified in the attached documents. SCOPE To procure various dental supplies in accordance with the FOCA "Fair and Open Competition Act". CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS/ AND PERSONNEL QUALIFICATIONS (N/A) TYPE OF ORDER This is a firm fixed price purchase order. ANTICIPATED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE Period of Performance: Delivery no later than 90 days from date of award PLACE OF PERFORMANCE (N/A) 7.0 REPORT(S)/DELIVERABLES AND DELIVERY SCHEDULE Delivery of products should be no later than 90 days from date of award PAYMENT Payment via IPP.gov upon delivery 10.0.
