Description

Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, supervision, personnel, materials, supplies, fuel, and vehicles, except as otherwise provided within the Solicitation, required to perform Park Attendant Services at the Bulltown Campground at Burnsville Lake, as specified and in strict accordance with all terms, conditions, general, specific and technical provisions, drawings, attachments, exhibits, etc., contained within the Solicitation or incorporated by reference, including the Park Attendant Handbook. Contractor shall perform all related Contractor administrative services necessary to perform the work such as procurement, quality control, Contractor financial control, and maintenance of accurate and complete records and files. UPDATE 17 April 2026: An Amendment to the Solicitation has been posted to provide calendars to illustrate the days for which Services will be required throughout the term of the Contract, and to remove unnecessary line items from the Price Breakout Schedule. Additionally, the solicitation will be extended from 21 April 2026 at 11AM EDT to the new date of 24 April 2026 at 11AM EDT. All other Terms and Conditions within the Solicitation remain unchanged.
