The US Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District awarded a firm-fixed-price contract to Building Control Systems, L.L.C. for Warehouse 3 HVAC Replacement. This action was awarded on a sole source bases under the authority Title 10 United States Code (U.S.C.) §3204(a)(1) as implemented in RFO 6.103-1(c)(2)(i), Substantial duplication of cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition.
