Sources Sought: Various Floor Scrubbers to be provided to the Indian Health Services (IHS) in Rosebud, SD. Sources Sought Notice Number: IHS-SS-26-1524419 This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation, an obligation or commitment by the Indian Health Service. This notice is intended strictly for market research to determine the availability of Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) Businesses. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible. The anticipated applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 335210 Small Electrical Appliance Manufacturing. This industry comprises establishments primarily engaged in manufacturing small electric appliances and electric housewares, household-type fans (except attic fans), household-type vacuum cleaners, and other electric household-type floor care machines. BACKGROUND The Indian Health Service (IHS) plans to procure Floor Scrubbers specified in the attached documents. SCOPE See attached Specs sheet CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS/ AND PERSONNEL QUALIFICATIONS (N/A) TYPE OF ORDER This is a firm fixed price purchase order. ANTICIPATED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE Period of Performance: Delivery no later than 90 days from date of award PLACE OF PERFORMANCE (N/A) REPORT(S)/DELIVERABLES AND DELIVERY SCHEDULE Delivery of products should be no later than 90 days from date of award PAYMENT Payment via IPP.gov upon delivery 10.0. IHS does not intend to award a contract on the basis of responses nor otherwise pay for the preparation of any information submitted. As a result of this notice, IHS may issue a Request for Quote (RFQ). THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.
