Modification 5 This is modification 5 to the Special Notice entitled TEST4_Industry_Day which was posted on December 02, 2025. You are notified of the following: 1. TEST4 Site Tour Attendee List (redacted) has been posted 2. Questions and Answers from the TEST4 Site Tour has been posted 3. Questions and Answers from the TEST4 One-on-One's has been posted NASA has extended the Test, Evaluation, and Support Team 3 (TEST3) contract for up to two additional years to ensure the successful completion of two major White Sands Test Facility (WSTF) construction projects funded by the Working Families Tax Cuts Act (WFTCA). As a result of this extension, NASA does not intend to move forward with any additional TEST4 acquisition activities at this time. NASA will determine an appropriate timeframe to resume the TEST4 procurement at a later date. We appreciate industry's interest in this acquisition. The TEST4 website, Technical Documents Library, and related announcements in www.SAM.gov will remain accessible for reference purposes. Please continue to monitor www.SAM.gov postings and the Acquisition Website for updates on the release of any TEST4 information. The NASA/Johnson Space Center (JSC)/White Sands Test Facility (WSTF) plans to conduct a Site Tour for the Test Evaluation and Support Team follow-on contract.
