Pursuant to the authority at FAR 12.603(c)(2): (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Please identify the Country of Origin for the items needed and the method of payment will be made through Navy Working Capital Fund. (ii) The solicitation number for this is N0018926QL136 and will be issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 . (iv) The Government intends to negotiate firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order for supplies. The associated NAICS code is 238290 with a small business size standard of $22,000,000 . (v) Line items are detailed as follows: LINE ITEM: 0001 DESCRIPTION: CEILING LIGHTING REPLACEMENT EXTENDED DESCRIPTION: REPLACE CEILING LIGHTING AND FANS ON 1ST, 3RD, AND 6TH FLOOR QTY: 1 UNIT OF ISSUE: JOB (vi) This requirement is for CEILING LIGHTING REPLACEMENT in support of FLEET LOGISTICS CENTER NORFOLK. (vii) The required PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE is 06 JUL 2026 – 02 NOVEMBER 2026. The PLACE OF PERFORMANCE is 1968 GILBERT STREET, BLDG W143, NORFOLK, VA 23511. FOB DESTINATION will be used. (viii) The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial services will be used as applies to this acquisition and is included in the attached "Clauses and Provisions", Attachment 1 . (ix) The provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial services will be used and is included as Attachment 1 . The vendor's proposed price will be evaluated based on price reasonableness in accordance with FAR 13.106. (xiii) All clauses and provisions applicable to this requirement are included in the attached "Clauses and Provisions", Attachment 1 .
