Description

The U.S. Coast Guard, Shore/Civil Engineering Unit Oakland, has awarded a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) commercial contract for Urgent Asbestos Remediation Services at USCG Station Channel Islands in Oxnard, CA. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to perform the asbestos abatement in strict accordance with the Statement of Work. The period of performance is twenty (20) calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. This contract was awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) under FAR Part 13. The requirement was competed on an unrestricted (open market) basis following a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation methodology.
