Description
The Department of the Air Force requires continued acquisition of the T-Metrics Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) Console Extended Hours Software Subscription to sustain enterprise call routing capabilities across active duty Air Force installations. This requirement includes all software licenses, extended hours support, maintenance, updates, and access to the proprietary intellectual property (IP) necessary to operate, configure, and integrate the ACD platform within existing Air Force medical and telecommunications environments. The ACD capability is a mission critical telecommunications function that queues, routes, and prioritizes incoming calls to the next available, qualified agent or call tree. This service is essential to maintaining uninterrupted call handling for the Air Force Medical Operations Agency (AFMOA) and ensuring operational readiness across supported locations.
