The purpose of Amendement 0002 is as follows: 1. Incorporate Question and Answer form into the solicitation. 2. Provide the revised Attachement 1 - Performance Work Statement with the changes highlighted in yellow. 3. Provide Attachement 2 - Price Workbook. 4. Provide Attachment 3 - QASP. 5. Provide Exhibit A - Past Performance Questionnaire. 6. Provide the revised RFQ Combined Synopsis Solicitation with the changes highlighted in blue font. 7. All other sections of the RFQ remain unchanged.
