SOLICITATION: RFQ # FA4877-26-QA090 Warrior Pak 1. This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and additional written solicitation will not be issued. 2. Solicitation FA4877-26-QA090 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). 3. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06 effective 1 October 2025, DFARS provisions and clauses in effect 11/10/2025, and DAFFARS provisions and clauses in effect 10/16/2024. Additionally, Revolutionary FAR Overhaul updates and DFARS deviations applicable to this solicitation are dated on or after 2/01/2026. 4. This procurement is being issued as a set aside for total small business. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 335910 with a size standard of 600 Employees 5. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. 6. Davis-Monthan Air Force Base intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the following CLIN: 0001 - (WP REC2iSOL-02) Warrior Pak Rec²i Deck. (6 EA 7. When requested, the ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The existence of the ombudsman does not affect the authority of the program manager, contracting officer, or source selection official. Further, the ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals, the source selection process, or the adjudication of protests or formal contract disputes. The ombudsman may refer the interested party to another official who can resolve the concern.
