Amendment 1 The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the following changes: Update Period of Performance (POP) to 13 May 2026 to 15 May 2026. As a result, the following attachments have been updated to reflect new POP: Attach 2 PWS Amend 1 and Attach 4 Quote Submittal Sheet Amend 1 Incorporation of FAR Clause 52.222-90 Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors.(Deviation 2026-O0038) into Attach 5 FAR_DFARS Amend 1; IAW Class Deviation—Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul Part 22, Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) Part 22. Extend this solicitation to close date and time to 3PM HST on 29 April 2026.
