Sources Sought Notice – RIMPAC 2026 Catering Services PMRF Kauai The 921st Contracting Battalion, Wheeler Army Airfield (WAAF), HI is issuing this sources sought as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for RIMPAC 2026. The intention is to procure these services on a competitive basis. BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/MARKET RESEARCH, THIS PROCUREMENT MAY BE PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE The work to be performed under this contract will be at the PMRF location on the island of Kauai, Hawaii in support of military exercise RIMPAC 2026. Specific sites will be identified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) but will include areas designated for exercise operations, billeting, and training. REQUIREMENTS BACKGROUND This is a non-personal services requirement to provide comprehensive logistics support for U.S. forces participating in Pacific Friendship 2026. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the following: Catering Services: Providing prepared meals (breakfast and dinner) and bottled water in accordance with U.S. health and sanitary standards.
