Description

The 673d Contracting Squadron at Joint Base Elmendorf-Ricardson (JBER), Alaska, intends to award a firm fixed price, sole-source purchase to HHI Corporation, 736 West Harrisville Road, Ogden, UT 844042607 under the authority of R-FAR Part 12.201.1. The proposed contract action is for the purchase of two F-22 Aircraft Personnel Safety Railing Systems. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes and no solicitation is available. The circumstances of this contract action deem only a single source is reasonably available to fulfill the stated requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, basd upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
