Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific NIWC Pacific has awarded a single award IDIQ contract with Cost Plus Fixed Fee and COST pricing arrangement on a sole source basis to COLSA CORP under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204 a 1 as prescribed by FAR 6.3021 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies and Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
