The current third generation (ADDP3) contract expires on April 30, 2029. This announcement is intended to provide interested parties with information on the anticipated procurement. To fulfill DHA's mission, the contractor will provide comprehensive dental care services worldwide to eligible ADSMs under the Active Duty Dental Program 4 (ADDP4) contract. The ADDP4 contractor will provide worldwide dental coverage to ADSMs of the Uniformed Services of the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Space Force, U.S. Coast Guard, Commissioned Corps of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and the Commissioned Corps of the Public Health Service.
