THIS AMENDMENT IS BEING ISSUED TO EXTEND THE RECEIPT OF QUOTES TO 12 JAN 2024. 1. This amendment is being issued to extend the receipt of quotes to 11 FEB 2022 at 4:00 PM Local Time. 1.This award does not contain Government source Inspection (GSI) 2. FAR Clause 52.232-25(a)(5), entitled Prompt Payment, Constructive Acceptanceis changed from 7 days to 45 days after delivery of the supplies in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract. 3. Note to DCMA ACO: Clause NAVSUPWSSGA02 is amended to include Post Award PCO retaining the following functions: FAR 42.302(3), (32), (37), (38), (40),(41),(43), (45 through 51), (60) and (62). 4. All contractual documents (i.e. contracts, purchase orders, task orders,delivery orders, and modifications) related to the instant procurement are considered to be "issued" by the Government when copies are either deposited in the mail, transmitted by facsimile, or sent by other electronic commerce methods, such as email. The Government's acceptance of the contractor's proposal constitutes bilateral agreement to "issue" contractual documents as detailed here in. 5.The following proposed delivery schedule applies: Final delivery of material (186 days) 6.NAVSUP WSS Mech will be considering past performance in the evaluation of offers.
