The NY Army National Guard is requesting Breakfast and Dinner Meal Drop off (Bulk Tray and Individually Packaged) to Fort Indiantown Gap, Bldg. 12-48, Susquehanna Ave, Grantville, PA 17028 Total # of Meals: 4,540 CLIN 0001 Breakfast 29MAY-2JUN - 2,270 Meals- $__________ CLIN 0002 Dinner 28MAY-1JUN - 2,270 Meals- $__________ Please Note: Per the attached Feeding Schedule, Breakfast on 2JUN is Individually Packaged Meals. All other meals are to be Bulk Tray Delivery Location: Fort Indiantown Gap, Bldg. 12-48, Susquehanna Ave, Grantville, PA 17028 Required Start Date: 28MAY Meal Drop off Time: 15 Minutes prior to the start of mealtimes (as indicated on the Feeder schedule attached) Type of Meal: Bulk Tray (Breakfast 2JUN is Individually Packaged Meals) Additional Notes: Dietary Restrictions as follows: SEE FEEDER SCHEDULE Halal- 20 Vegetarian- 7 Seafood Allergy- 5 Peanut Allergy- 2 Dietary Restrictions apply to all meals Meals to be delivered NLT 15 min prior to scheduled feeding times. All meals should be provided in bulk trays, unless specified as individually packaged, with serving utensils for the unit to easily distribute to all Soldiers at training sites. ATTACHED: Feeding Schedule, NYARNG 21 Day Menu, SOW Meal Drop off, and RFQ. The NYARNG intends to award to a small business with an active registration in SAM.gov, able to receive federal contracts, and who offers the lowest price for meals required in accordance with the attached NYARNG 21 Day Menus contract and SOW. The awardee will submit all Invoices in WAWF. All meals must meet the food standards of the SOW and the government reserves the right to inspect before award and at any time of the contract duration. Basis of award is the lowest price that conforms to the requirement of the SOW.
