Email: Jonatan.rondon@va.gov DESCRIPTION: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT TO Polymedco Cancer Diagnostic Products, LLC. of 510 Furnace RD, Cortlandt Manor, NY 10567 for their Auto Sensor Analyzer for Northport VA Medical Center. The Northport VA Medical Center is in need of one (1) Polymedco OC-Auto Sensor iO to support the mailed Fecal Immunochemical Testing Program for VISN 2 North and South. The addition of this analyzer is to support the national program to screen for colorectal cancer. This is an emergent request since the current Polymedco Analyzer is being sunsetted by the vendor and a second analyzer is required to keep up with the throughput of the mailed FIT program. This Notice of Intent is not a request for Proposals or Quotations. No solicitation document exists, and no telephone or email inquiries will be accepted. No contract award will be made on the basis of proposals, or quotations received in response to this notice. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and should furnish detailed data concerning their capabilities to provide services sought including pricing data and technical data sufficient enough to determine that a comparable source to the government is available. The government may consider all Expressions of Interest received prior to May 1st, 2026. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
