Request for Quote for Roof Anchor Testing and Certification for the Iowa City VA Healthcare System in Iowa City, Iowa. This is Unrestricted. Pre-work plan required, one job, deliverables include diagrams, reports and certification letter with professional engineer stamp for State of Iowa. Contractor will provide all labor, travel/mobilization, equipment and tools necessary. Work will be performed according to required standards and regulations. Anticipated award date is June 1, 2026.
