• •The 374th Contracting Squadron seeks to engage an eligible contractor for upgrading the Base Defense Operations Center (BDOC) at Yokota Air Force Base, Japan, using personnel, equipment, tools, and services necessary for installation and training of BDOC upgrade materials.
• •To be eligible, contractors must register in System for Award Management (SAM) while noting they are active.
• •Note: Due to the specific requirement about language regarding delivery and performance only to Japan, with no mention of deadlines for the delivery process or local implementation beyond the contracted location

• •The contractor must provide personnel, equipment, tools, vehicle, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary for the procurement, installation, and training of Base Defense Operations Center (BDOC) Upgrade.
• •Building locations include Primary BDOC (building 210) and Alternate BDOC (building 1455) at Yokota Air Force Base Japan.
• •Installation and operational training will be conducted on Yokota Air Base, with deliveries to and performance in the country of Japan.

• •The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Yokosuka Site Sasebo is procuring a Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) for ship maintenance.
• •To be eligible, offerors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov).
• •The solicitation is restricted to sources who do not already possess MSRA/ABR certification in Japan or plan to submit an application.
