• •The F35 Sustainment Center requires a 255,461 SF hangar level depot for (20) F-35 aircraft, with maintenance bays, paint booths, administrative space, tool shops, and a secure area built to ICD705 standards.
• •Construction consists of two sections: a composite repair and manufacturing shop, including disassembly and staging areas, dirty rooms, bonding rooms, classrooms, laboratories, aircraft rotor blade repair shop, disassembly and staging areas, and shared spaces such as painting, parts wash, freezer, hygiene facilities, bathrooms, and breakrooms.
• •Site development includes utility improvements to support Hancock Village's taxiway, bridge, and aircraft parking apron.
