• •NAVFAC Far East Resident Officer in Charge of Construction seeks contractors who are willing and qualified to provide Collection, Holding, and Transfer (CHT) services for ship-generated waste.
• •Contractors must work within CFAS, Japan; outlying areas supported by this installation; and comply with Japanese laws, regulations, and standards including JEGS and Waste Management and Public Cleansing Act.
• •The Contractor is required to have valid licenses and permits issued by the Japanese governing authority for CHT services.
