• Submissions for IDIQ contract awards requiring proposal submission, as well as for Task Order No. 0001, meet Volumes I through V.
• Volumes II and IV are not required for proposals submitted as part of an IDIQ contract or Task Order No. 0001.
• A Decision Not to Compete for Task Order No. 0001 will not adversely affect Offeror eligibility for subsequent IDIQ awards or future task-order opportunities.
• Interested parties should review Section L, M, and N of the solicitation to familiarize themselves with proposal submission requirements.
