• Up to three Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Type Contracts are anticipated with a minimum quantity of 36,510 pairs over three years, potentially split across multiple price tiers.
• Boots for Intense Cold Weather Marine Corps Combat (MC ICWB) are needed for manufacture and delivery.
• Acquisition is set aside for small businesses under PGC#03939 with purchase description MC/PD-23-01 dated 15 December 2023.
• Evaluation will consider Product Demonstration Models (PDMs), Past Performance, and price over other factors. Minimum order of 1,260 pairs for a three-year base term with option periods.
