• The Contractor shall provide waste collection and disposal services for the Nimbus Fish Hatchery.
• The services must be performed under the jurisdiction of the USFish and Wildlife Service, and include all labor, equipment, materials, containers, transportation, disposal, and supervision necessary.
• Compliance with applicable regulations, including Permits and Approvals from relevant agencies.
