• The contractor must provide reagent supply to Richard Lugar Center at 99 KAKHETI HIGHWAY in Tbilisi, Georgia.
• The contract is a fixed-price contract and includes all materials, labor, insurance, storage, overhead, profit, and transportation costs for reagent supplies as outlined in the Delivery Schedule.
• Compting for each accepted delivery through proper invoices is required; timely payment will be considered as part of performance.
