• The contractor must perform an inspection of the Normal Power Transformer 800-T8 at 6505 South Manthey Road, French Camp, California.
• The inspector shall determine the oil leak cause and make recommendations for repair as approved by VA personnel.
• The contractor is obligated to furnish necessary labor, equipment, materials, and facilities for the work during a three-month period following performance for work required for the repair.
