NEW ATTACHMENTS: Attachments 2 and 3 are now included in this solicitation, as "Amendment 2 Attachment 2 Q and A and Site Photos" and "Amendment 2 Attachment 3 Sketch Drawing." The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation.
