This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The 183 Mission Support Contracting (MSC) Office intends to issue multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for non-personal commercial lodging within a thirteen (13) mile radius of the 183d Wing, Springfield, IL utilizing FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions Procedures through Request for Quote # W50S7U-26-Q-0001. The following solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06 (effective 01 Oct 25). This solicitation is 100% set aside for Small Business under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 721110, with a small business size standard of $40M. Product Service Code (PSC) is V231. The Government intends to award multiple BPAs, with monthly Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) orders (BPA Calls). Each awarded BPA shall have up to a three (3) year Period of Performance (PoP) with a minimum order value of $1.00 up to the established ceiling of $350,000.00. Monthly BPA Calls will be awarded from a lowest price up basis and availability of rooms offered.
