Proposals lacking this past performance documentation will be considered technically unacceptable. Subcontractor Identification & Capability Offerors must explicitly identify if they intend to use a subcontractor to fulfill the requirements of the SOW. If subcontracting, the offeror must provide a statement of capability for all subcontractors to verify they are fully qualified to perform the required work. Confirmation of Period of Performance (POP) The proposal must include a clear, affirmative statement confirming their availability and that the Period of Performance (POP) as listed in the SOW can and will be met. Instructions to Offerors: All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged. If a previous proposal was submitted by the first closing window and no response or revised proposal is received from the bidder on this amendment, the original proposal will be deemed final and binding and evaluated as-is.
