A site visit is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, 23 June at 0900 PD T. The designated rally point will be the west gate visitor parking lot. Parking space is limited therefore carpooling is strongly advised. To be granted base access, Offerors must complete Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) Prequalification and submit a base access form. Complete all fields under the CONTRACTOR/VENDOR/VISITOR INFORMATION section consisting of attendee names, citizenship, and DBIDS code (6-digit code). The base access form must be provided before the site visit. Refer to Attachment, Base Access Request, for additional instructions. Questions will be accepted until seven days prior to solicitation response deadline. The site visit is not mandatory but strongly recommended. Offerors are responsible for verifying conditions at the project site.
