Bottom Line Up Front (BLUF) The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is issuing this special notice to announce a Virtual Reverse Industry Day scheduled for June 16-18, 2026. The focus of this event is for DHA Integrated Referral Management and Appointing Center (IRMAC) professionals to understand how industry manages, implements and operates Care Coordination across geographically dispersed locations with a diverse beneficiary population, and provides regionalized specialty care. DHA also seeks to understand processes that will divert purchased network care back to direct care for specific cases and procedures. The Government invites industry partners to showcase their best commercial practices related to appointing, referral management, and care navigation. DHA subject matter experts will provide limited background information and the current state from 0900-1030 EDT on Tuesday, June 16, 2026.
