Additionally, the following services are requested: Planning the move with the Government's input Preparing and packing equipment at current site in preparation for the move. Electronic equipment will need to be shrink wrapped, peripherals bagged and placed in bins Loading and moving equipment to the destination site. Unloading, unpacking and setting up equipment at the destination site. Items are located in multiple locations. Some items will not fit in freight elevators, and movers may have to unload and carry them into the freight elevator and reload onto the new floor, or a stair carry may be required. IT equipment will not need to be disconnected or reconnected, but all peripherals must be bagged and remain with each coordinating piece.
