Treasury Common Services Center (TCSC), on behalf of Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), intends to compete FinCEN's On Call Moving Services among 8(a) contractors in accordance with FAR 19.108-7(d). Moving support services are needed at FinCEN locations in Vienna, VA, Washington, DC, GSA in Springfield, VA, Unicor Recycling Center in Landover, Maryland, and IRS (Coop) in Kearneysville, West Virginia. Subcontracting requirements have not been identified. The contractor shall provide project management and relocation services for FinCEN's list of equipment included below. Additionally, the following services are requested: Planning the move with the Government's input Preparing and packing equipment at current site in preparation for the move. Electronic equipment will need to be shrink wrapped, peripherals bagged and placed in bins Loading and moving equipment to the destination site. Unloading, unpacking and setting up equipment at the destination site. Items are located in multiple locations. Some items will not fit in freight elevators, and movers may have to unload and carry them into the freight elevator and reload onto the new floor, or a stair carry may be required. IT equipment will not need to be disconnected or reconnected, but all peripherals must be bagged and remain with each coordinating piece.
