Non-Personal Service to provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and other items for services necessary for Custodial Services at IL072 - 4480 S 6th St. Frontage Rd., Springfield, IL 62703; in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The period of performance is 1 Jan 2026 (or subsequent date) to 31 Dec 2026 with four (4) twelve (12) month option periods and a six-month (6) option to extend services.
