This solicitation is hereby issued directly to Lotus USA Inc (CAGE code 771V6) for the procurement of 4 cameras, as authorized under the authority at RFO 12.102(a). The Government requires a quantity of four (4) cameras meeting the specifications outlined in Attachment 1 – Technical Specification Sheet. Delivery is required to Arnold Air Force Base located in TN no later than 3 weeks after receipt of order. The requirement will be met in accordance with RFO Part 12 procedures, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, using NAICS code 333310, business size standard 1,000 employees.
