All presentations and discussions will be UNCLASSIFIED. <<<BREAK>>> Originial Posting: 1.0 PURPOSE The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) will host a hybrid (In-Person/Virtual) Industry Day to engage with industry partners regarding the upcoming POTFF III requirement. This event will outline the overarching mission needs, the acquisition approach, and key changes from legacy efforts. It will also provide USSOCOM Components and Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs) the opportunity to share direct operational perspectives with prospective Offerors. 2.0 EVENT DETAILS Date: 24-26 June 2026 Location: SOFWERX, 1925 E 2nd Ave #102, Tampa, FL 33605 Format: In-person primary; virtual attendance will be enabled via Microsoft Teams. All presentations and discussions will be UNCLASSIFIED. 3.0 TARGET AUDIENCE The Government encourages attendance from organizations interested in the POTFF III requirement, including large businesses, small businesses, and non-traditional defense partners. Relevant domains and experience include: Human Performance & Psychological Performance Medical, Rehabilitation, and Social/Family Readiness Data Analytics, IT, and IL5 Secure Data Services Firms with experience supporting Special Operations Forces (SOF) or Enterprise-scale human readiness programs. 4.0 PLANNED AGENDA SUMMARY Day 1 – Mission Context & Operational Needs Attendees receive a high-level overview of USSOCOM programs, SOF AT&L, and the POTFF mission and vision. Leadership briefings and testimonies emphasize the importance of holistic readiness. SOF Components present their POTFF-related requirements, followed by Q&A and a combined panel. Day 2 – Acquisition & Contracting Framework TSOCs provide regional mission perspectives and requirement overviews, followed by a panel discussion. Industry receives foundational acquisition and contracting instruction, including ethics, evaluation methodologies, and Sections L & M guidance. The day closes with timeline reviews and leadership remarks. Day 3 – Industry One-on-Ones Interested Prime vendors may request a pre-scheduled sessions to provide entities direct engagement opportunities with government representatives.
